\nOllie Ash is an up-and-coming model\/actor. He is a super cool kid. He is also a collaborator; he just didn\u2019t realize it on the shoot. This was his first professional modeling portfolio shoot and he totally rocked it. Also, on-set were his parents. Staley is an incredibly creative artist and elementary school art teacher. Josh is a former creative director, current educator and equally creative. Our team made for a very collaborative and fun photo shoot.

\nBack to Ollie.

\nHe was very open to trying the silly commands we were barking out at him (all the while keeping an eye on that crazy head of hair that made me a bit jealous). I\u2019ve worked with many adults in professional positions that were far less receptive to teaming up on-set.
\n
\nSometimes, you just don\u2019t know what you don\u2019t know, so you must trust and rely on the professionals. Once Ollie warmed up to the camera and the bald guy behind it, he was a natural and even threw in some of his own poses and ideas.
\n
\nRegardless of your project or profession, it takes a tremendous amount of trust in those around you, teamwork, open-mindedness, and hopefully some fun along the way to get things done.
